To start the balloon party, begin by clicking on the "Download" button. Once the download is complete, locate and open the file named "Balloon Party!.html." Inside the game, you'll find a "How To Play" button that will guide you through the game's instructions. After understanding the gameplay, simply close the instructions by clicking on the X, and then click the "Play" button to embark on the fun-filled adventure. Now, it's time to immerse yourself in the excitement and enjoy every moment of the balloon party!
